It doesn't seem to offer that much more than CS3 that the average human would use. 
Cracked CS3 extended FTW.

CS3 FTW, not much of a fan of the Mac chrome interface on CS4. Plus, there are little changes that have been made to the interface which you need to learn again. But I guess when you get used to it, it wouldn't be a problem.
