Is there a well known technique to prevent this?

Might mod the t-shirt and add some vents to the front over my nipples.

bit of maskin tape thats what the y used to use at cov city as the badge was a basterd on the nipple wen you played

i thought maybe i could use the bit of plastic u get in a kinder egg and tape that on my nip's.
One would poke out further than the other, i would have to buy 2 eggs to level things out
