i like the vent, i normally disagree with them
the engine bay is presentable, i really like it.
tip: you can get black plastic coolant caps, the paint lets yours down a little

Why?
Does the vent not send a lot of rain down through the bonnet and over the bodies/loom??

same with old scooby scoops, the air flow just passes over the vent as the air velocity increases, and especially as that one inst very tall, best kinda vents are nascar inspired eg clio 16v

UPDATE New box, brakes fitted.
Got my self an F16 box so gave it a good clean
M-Tech shortshift kit
Then the removal began
Few bolts later
And the f18 was bleading on the floor
Found out why i wouldn't go in to gear
Also there was wood wedged in the rear mount
and the linkage was just shocking
Painted the new box and in it went
Then it was time to swap the brakes for someting a little smaller as had to run a 10mm spacer so that the v6 288mm ones would fit under.
Went for a set of 256mm 16v ones
