1. Backup your contacts, messages, pictures, etc - this will wipe the phones memory
2. Switch the phone on without a sim card
3.Type in - *2767*3855# let it reboot(restart)
4. Put a sim card (HALF IN!) of a network that the phone won't except. you will need to tuck the battery under the overlapping sim to switch it back on
5. Wait for the "no sim" message, and then push the sim card fully in
Don't worry if your screen shows - - - - - - - when typing it is supposed to do this.
6. ENTER : *7465625*638*00000000*00000000# (Each batch of 0's is in 8's)
7. NEXT ENTER #7465625*638*00000000#
8. AND THEN *#7465625# to check the locks....all locks are inactive...these are all the locks...
network lock - inactive
subset lock - inactive
sp lock - inactive
cp lock - inactive
sim lock - inactive
activa lock - inactive
phone lock - inactive
auto network - inactive
auto subset lock - inactive
auto sp lock - inactive
auto cp lock - inactive
auto sim lock - inactive
9. Done

If you do it with the sim card in it asks for 'Network Lock' code and wont let you do * or #.
