... what parts do I need to buy?

Rod and Rod end of course, I don't need any new nuts/bolt/gators/clips do I?

track rod end will come with a new ny-lock nut,
you may aswell get a new steering rack gaitor kit, that should come as a gaitor, and 2clips,

also get a small tube of threadlock, to put on the threads of the tie rod were it screws onto steering rack
