I cant belive you even considered getting underneath the car While being supported by those jacks. Get a set of axle stands, £10 and your laughing.

Thats the most long winded way of changing a sump ive seen too but well done for doing it yourself

it had to be done!!

and no way isit the most long winded way of changing a sump, did you read the thread? there was no way of getting to one of the bolts on the manifold flange!! have you ever changed a sump on a 1.2 16v corsa with AC??
