Stuff like this is a waste of money.
This is my view on the subject: All you need for supplements is a protein supplement of some sort, multivitamin, omega oils and Zinc/Magnesium. Maybe some creatine too.

Agreed, protein and creatine, stuff like this does nothing but put u out of pocket mate, check the bodybuilding forums, there's people on there who have tried it and seen no difference.
I'm making some good gains at the moment with PHd Pharma Whey and kre-alkalyn tablets. Give 'em a try!

well currently im taking cyclone so that covers some of my daily protein and my creatine intake.
all other proteins are from food (tuna, turkey etc)
didnt know if this really did have a benefit as it forces the body into an anabolic state...

Steve - as above stick with some Whey, multi vitamins, cod liver oil and creatine
(pref from bulk websites so you can save some mucho £££)
MAIN thing is to sort out your diet, training and rest. Supplements are exactly that - SUPPLEMENTS to a good routine.
