Today i couldnt find a spot at work... so i parked on a massive wide pathway near town... the pathway is massive i mean massive...there was no yellow lines, no sign saying i couldnt park there yet i recieved a fine a fixed 30 quider for unnessary obstuction i was parked at the end of this pathway and i wasnt blocking anyone is there a way round this say if they cant prove i was obstructing but i was parking on the patway?

if cars arent alowed to drive down this path then dont think u can get out of it m8.

there is no yellow lines, no sign saying i cant park there, there is nothing classing it as a pathway its not the good old standard footpaths i was parked down the back of argos in huntingdon town its a back alley its the police have nothing better to do lol

Ask for photographic evidence. If they cant supply it, deny it. If they can supply picture(s) then pursue some other line of complaint.

i went to the police station and they said they will only show me evidence if i take it to court he said is illegal for me to park on a pathway, but the was no yellow lines no sign saying cant park here the police office PCSO just got bored and gave me a ticket...

you parked on a path which is illegal, same half on half off...
most cop's etc dont bother, but you must of been unlucky, there for you have to pay

Cheers I payed it straight away, i was very unlucky, the ticket was for unnessary obstuction but i wasnt blocking anyone but thts the way it goes Cheers.
