My dlink604t is really p*ssing me off now. No firmware updates although it is years old - randomly stops responding to DNS queries - when using WPA keys will randomly kick all machines off and not let them back on till its rebooted.

Netgear dg834g sounds good then - whats the range like? It will actually be sitting next door - should be OK I would think as this crappy dlink is giving me full signal at the moment.
