right i need a rivet gun to put a window mechanism in, can anyone recomend me a type and how big the rivets should be please

Take the car to a local coach builders/ lorry chassis builders that type of place ,give them a drink to rivet it as they use heavy duty guns/rivets and that will save you buying something you will hardly ever use.

i have a snap on one that is similar to the halford 1 that does the job sweet as mate just use the biggest rivvet in the kit
