Does anyone know if this one fits the C16XE?

I would really like one of those manifolds but how much of a difference in noise do they make i already have a full magnex system on mine and i dont want nothing silly loud?

Olly, it doesn't fit the C16XE if you are using the standard cat that came on the car, assuming its a standard Corsa GSI.
However, if you use it in conjunction with a Janspeed decat, X16XE cat or custom decat, you will have no problems at all, although the SAI hole in the manifold will still need to be blocked up IIRC.

I used a bit of 2mm steel plate and shaped it to fit, with a small piece of the old exhaust gasket behind it to help seal it up:

Would even need to weld a plate on it OJ.
I just spotted mine up with the mig set

As far as I'm aware, the difference is the length of the C16XE manifold and cat, such as the manifold is longer than the X16XE and the cat is then shorter (or the other way round, you get the picture).
Basically, as long as you use the two combined, the rest of the exhaust system from cat-back is identical.

Oh, but to answer the 'any decat' part of the question - If you are using an X16XE manifold, you can't use a C16XE decat, due to the different lengths.
