im posting this on behalf of richw172 as he's lazy haha but i think its such a good project i wanted to post it, so i will be writing it up as if he is.
i built a white corsa then about a month before pvs 07 it met its end on the motorway


i then thought stuff corsa's and after about 6 months i broke and started looking for a clean shell once more, i was looking on ebay for a good shell to let
when i spotted this flame red corsa with a redtop in, it looked clean enough so i took a trip down to wales to view it and i bought it their
and then for a grand total of 1500.

i soon fitted my speedlines, and lowered it abit more.







i drove it round for 2 weeks to make sure everything was ok with it, then i thought im going to make it the corsa i always wanted so then work began

i put some strengh into the front end





i then set about getting the redtop rebuilt by a friend of mine i don't have any pictures of it getting rebuilt sadly, but here are some i do have





i then bought some of these to smarten up the bay abit


i painted the arch's gloss black




i got it running which was good


but now i've nicked bits and bobs for other redtop conversions i've done.

this is how it stands today






hope you all like it as much as me

im sure rich will fill in what his plans are.

Went to take that bodged blue LET out tonight just to cheer myself up a bit and ended up havin 2 tighten up the down pipe to turbo bolts again and then about 2 mins after i left my unit just about to get on the duel track and the bloody alternator belt snapped just had enough battery to get me bk to my unit. I have now decided that its not gona leave there again untill its a boring XE.

well 4 days after i bought it off u the head gasket went so i stuck a fully rebuilt one in. Then smashed it up just before pvs.

Just get engine out and do the conversion in your red one at least then you will know its been done properly.

You didnt buy it off me

I bought the car with 19'000 miles on the clock was mint,sold it to a local lad in town after a few years then he put xe in it

Well today we went down to Rich's unit to help get the let out my old car and put a redtop in its place. (will be for sale with a redtop in soonish once its all running nice and sweet)

Got there about 11ish and rich had already got the let out busy busy







Redtop almost ready to go in

Will look mint with all the red stuff changed over



And this is another of his redtops which is for sale



Just need both the redtops sold so he can fund a nice let project
