as of february I will be insuring "my" car as my own now that im 21 and earning some dosh

Il also be declaring the mods on this one

Do insurers charge more to insure coilovers than just springs? I can get eibach sportline springs that will lower the car by 35-40mm but if they are going to be the same price to insure as coilovers Id rather save a bit more and get the coilovers

I just told mine it had a suspension kit & alloy wheels & all they were interested in was how much more it would make the car worth................I told them no extra value.

yeah they are fine, there are 2 kits, one for sporting and and a kit for non sportings, Imagine putting a sporting kit on a non sporting

the only thing thats bothering me is that the 1.3 1.4 and 1.9 kit are all the same, surly mine has to be a considerable amount heavier than the other 2
