im buying a ps3 as my xbox bores me and all my mates are on ps3 online. but if the console as a package its jst the console and 2games, do you get the cable which allows you to connect straight up to the net? because correct me if im wrong, you dont have to pay monthly subscription do you?

It's wireless out of the box if that helps?

Generally that's what wireless means, but yes it'll do exactly that.

You dont need any cables. If you have a hd tv you have to buy a HDMI cable unless you just use the scart lead? that comes with it, which i was a bit surprised it didn't come with a HDMI cable.
