firstly coverage is probably one of the best in the uk, our 3g coverage is good, however we have yet to turn on more 3/4g cell sites which we are doing in the future. 3 use some of orange's sites, and because 3 now are owned by orange, and orange use some of our sites, inevitably, 3 will be using our sites!!
plus, because your near one of the biggest VF call centres, there a loads of cell sites around us.
staff-same as any company really, some good, some bad, some amazing.
phones. htc phones IMO are nice, if somewhat a little boring. having used an x1 for a week(thats htc btw) i can honestly say its pointless for me. i have to install loads of apps to get instant email, no networking apps installed. the storm has them, but also look at the new 5800 nokia-using one of them was surprisingly good!!
tbh, orange will give u whatever phone for free if you have spent big money with them. if u havent they will wave bye bye!!
