Would i be right in saying if i sanded down some alloys, and went through finer and finer paper, untill about 1500grit, then used metal polish, then laquered them, they would be like polished chrome? Just an idea, want some cav slabs, and want to do this if it will work.

if you have a machine polisher it wouldn't take a long time. But still a lot of effort.

No they dont do metal ones

plastic cant be chromed

you can get chrome colour spray though

And lacquaring them will dull the finish, and you need special lacquars to do it.
