V-tuning sell 284mm 4 stud discs; now as they are for a 4 stud hub would that mean you would not need to use spigot rings on a Corsa hub?
Discs in question are here
3rd item down on the page...
Let me know what you think chaps

They will be Fiat Coupe Turbo discs. They are 284 x 22mm discs.
Some people say you have to redrill the wheel bolt holes as they are 98mm PCD but I didn't have to. What I did have to do though is counter sink the bolt retention hole that holds the disc in place otherwise the head would have sat proud and caused wheel wobble.
Hope that helps.
EDIT: Forgot to add, yes you ideally will need a slim spiggot as the centre bore of the disc is different!

I had to open two of the holes up slightly on my Coupe discs, as only two wheel bolts would go in.
I dont use a spigot, and they've been fine

What do reckon is easier then; getting the 4 stud discs and looking for a slim spiggot ring?
Or, use standard discs and get them drilled for 4 stud?

I gave them an email but I wasn't sure what I was asking - I asked if I needed spigot rings for the Corsa hub but they said all the hubs are same size...
What diameter are the spigot rings actually compensating for?

the corsa hub is smaller than the cally/cav hub so the spigot rings compensate.
if u call them tomorow and explain, in 99% sure there all u will need mate

I am pretty sure that places like Chris Astley offer them but not sure if that is purely for a Turbo discs?
If you google the centre bore of the discs you should get the answer on the size you need.
P.S. I used to run them without a spiggot ring but mine were counter sunked and retained on the hole and also absolutely spot on with the wheel bolts. It is a prudent move though.

I run them with no securing screw etc. The wheel bolts stops the disc moving about. Its just a bit annoying lining the disc up when fitting the wheel

just get some 5 stud disks and have them redrilled
fait disks are ok, but ive herd some folks say when the pads half worn, they stop touching the disk and need replacing.
so it will cost you more in the long run (unless you use cheap pads )
i never seen anyone use spigot rings on them tho, if you do the corsa centre is 56.6mm and the fait is 59mm

meriva might work, there a 280mm x 25mm disk and the centre is 60mm,
but the back will need to be machined out by 10mm as cav is 174mm and meriva is 163.5mm.
so your back to where you started might aswell get cav ones redrilled
or fait coupe disks and open the holes up a bit (if needed)
i had mine done by a mate, for the price of a few beers

What Size Discs are the V6?If there 288mm or if these would fit Lmf do them in a 4 Stud for £95,Im guessing at this Price that they are just Plain Discs but still,Its not a bad Price and it saves you all the Hassel?
Ignore me if im wrong and talking a load of Horse Shit.

Would your Callipers not allow 288mm Discs? If not what Callipers allow these Discs?
As you could always change Callipers?
I know this seems a bit drastic but then least when you come to Change Discs & Pads then there wont be any Hassel,Because you can just get these 288mm Discs already in 4 Stud and pop them on?

I've got V6 callipers/carriers for 284mm, they may push another 4mm but i'm not certain...
Especially if I can get the same product from v-tuning for 284mm discs
