Would the cooling be improved if you placed a sport radiator in a 1.2 16v?

And also would it be worthwhile aswell?

Pointless and a waste of money IMHO.

And no, you can't use a radiator from the 1.2 8v/1.4/1.6 on the 1.2 16v.

1.2 16v Radiators are different, and only the same as the 1ltr 3cyl engines.
