Another vote for myprotein..this is from somone who has been training for over 10 years and tried pretty much everything on the market.

Maximuscle is shit.I've found that just the right food ie meat and egg protein and loads of sleep are the best training aids.90% of people don't even train properley anyway hence why they never get the reults they need.

if your going to take protein shakes for best results you want to do it properly.

everyday regardless of whether ive been training or not i have 3 shakes a day. on non training days its 1 in the morning, 1 straight after work( 5:15ish) and 1 before bed, on training days its the same expect instead of before bed i have the 3rd one at the gym after training. thats aswell as each roughly every 3 hours.

i would say maximuscle is ok but very expensive, shop online. im currently usinghttp://monstersupplements.com/store/p/2796/1/Nutrisport-90+-2.5kg.html

and that lasts bloody ages even when taken 3x a day!! i decided to give maximuscle progain extreme a go to take before and after training, i got it saturday and i wont be suprised if its all gone monday

To be honest I've never found a huge amount of difference between the various different brands, apart from priceand that some will have extra odds and sods like aminos etc in.

Really depends what exactly you want in a shake?

Can only say good things about myprotein.co.uk their true whey tastes great, and only £27.50 for 2.25kg - they also sell a lot of whole/ natural foods as well as things like liquid egg whites lol
