Just tried to get a name of a font from the channel 4 website (4od) and about half way down is this.....

source code comments are the best, when the windows2000 code came out in the wild there was so many fucked up comments, apparently in the fdisk source code there was comments from the programmer basically saying sorry for the state of the code and that he wasnt exactly sure what he was doing

being a web designer mysel i agree with this.. sometimes your half way through a code and just get bored

Fair enough, but you wouldn't expect channel 4's team to do anything like that

Reminds me of on the Argos website when searching 'Chav' all the chunky gold jewellery and golf cane furniture was returned. Webmasters were blatantly having a field day.

Fair enough, but you wouldn't expect channel 4's team to do anything like that
you'd be suprised, when I did some work for ITV their systems were pretty shonky and that hosted live video and a website that got maassssive amount of hits
