Was all about Porsche secretly buying up shares in VW for a takeover, and hedge funds betting against a fall in the share price which never materialised and Porsche selling the shares at a huge profit margin (bought at 200 euros each, sold at 1000 euros).

Apparently they made 1billion profit from car sales last year but made over 6billion by playing the markets.

Was quite interesting!

They now own 50% of VW shares and are looking to a full takeover in the near future.

Becoming the 3rd largest car manufacturer in the world.
