sorry should have been more specific. for xbox 360 controllers
i bought a kit and made it and it all works and i went on the selffers feedback and found this and want to know if it will be pre programmed so i can buy and sell the kits myself

it doesn't look like those PICS are pre-programmed, you'd need a pic programmer and firmware to flash them with.

how did i know that was coming.
i dont use it persoannly. ive had a go obviously but i put the controller for sale and its already made more than its worth to me and i have spare controllers

i had a rapid fire controller for my sega megadrive. i bought it from a market stall.
it was particularly useful whilst playing desert strike,
i could fire the apache helecopter's weapons at three times the normal rate.

If you're just pulsing the button then you don't need a microcontroller, a 555 timer and some other circuitry would do the job.
