basicly put it in gear let clucth out nothing happens clutch plate has plenty of life on it. but thurst bearing has gone.could this be the course of the problem.also carn't get revese but took selector off the top off the box used a screw driver to move selector inside the box whent in fine. any ideas

shafts in properly if not its time to replace the release bearing

just took the gearbox off and cluch out to check if all was right. and noticed the bit of the clutch that goes over the splines on the input shaft were way to big. i could spin the plate without moving the shaft. so i take it i have the clucth for an f28 and i need one for an f20.
