Ok, the redtop in my corsa is really getting on my nerves now. Whenever it gets warm it cuts out completely and then wont fire up again until its cold, then its the same process over and over. I have had it on a vaux tech one and its nothing electrical according to that. So far i have replaced the battery, thermostat, housing and both sensors, full wiring loom, ecu, dispak, leads and plugs, crank sensor and the intake pipe with the air temp sensor and afm. i have put the fan on a switch so i can have it on whenever i want but its still not keeping it cool enough, cleaned up the earth points and all pugs and connectors on the loom. After all this it is still doing it. Does anybody have any new ideas that it may be or for me to try?
