As above really...
Boss is pissing me off when it comes to payday as all he has to do is a simple bank transfer on the day but never seems to bother tll i have to ring him and ask him to put them in! 
Is there a law which states they should be in at sayyyy midnight the day before they are due to go in??

I think as long as its paid by 11:59pm on the date said, then then its legal.

as above if your pay day is the 18th then thay technically have al day to pay you, however mine is usually in early hours

mines always in every thursday at 2am (when the bank updates it's records).

Usually companies pay by BACS (Bankers Automated Clearing Services) which happens about 3 or 4 times a day, one of which is around midnight.
Bank Transfer on the day is a bit old school

Im always paid a few days before payday for some reason. I think its because im in the same bank as the moneys coming from or something.

Well it's just me working for him so it isn't a big comapny or he has a lot to do!
I just think it should be in the bank the night before so if i choose to go out at 9 am and blow the lot on crack that's my choice
Midday isn't good enough but if that's the law then that's the law.Thanks guys

The cunts I used to work for never paid me on time. It used to go on for weeks until I got given several thousand pounds in cash off of them. Fuck knows where the money came from half the time because the company was always broke
