Was just signed in, added by a random roxanne19@hotmail.com and then i get signed out Cant sign back in at all

Went to MSN homepage to change my password and it sent the email to my MSN email address. The fuck!? I cant access that.

Whats more, ive forgot my answer to the secret question

Any ideas wtf to do ?
