I'm after a 2gb DDR2 667mhz stick to go into a Dell Inspiron 1520. I've been told just to get the cheapest stick possible with a lifetime guarantee. What would you suggest? I'm pretty shit at RAM so you'd be doing me a massive favour if you could link me to a cheap stick on a trusted site.
Editing RAW's in Photoshop really eats RAM, especially with Vista. I've currently got 2gb (two 1gb sticks) so I'm just gunna upgrade it to 3gb as I'm only running 32bit Vista and I believe the most it can handle is 3gb-3.5gb?
Will I notice a difference or should I just leave it?

oh and by the way - faster ram is backwards compatible with slots that take only slower ram... As long as its DDR 2 then it should be fine.

Good suggestion -- thank you. I've used TheHut before so it may well be perfect.
