But thats my opinion i prefer drum and bass, upto you really.

hardcore, usually make my own cds or put on sets from previous events. the bonkers cd compilations are all good!

I'm listening to Hed Kandi - Beach House 2007 at the moment whilst doing work. Never listened to it before. I'm hooked. I definitely like their chill out stuff

must admit, one of the instructors at my gym put 'eye of the tiger' on and all the lads on the weights looked like they were working about twice as hard for the duration of the song

ive had lostprophets - start something, the album on for CV work but cant find anything appropriate for weight training

We just have Galaxy radio on in the gym but occassionally if the yound lad is behind the counter he put loads of rave shite on.
