what do you think of the new sigma 120 400 os, would it be good enough fo airshows,,,,, anyone used one

No idea on the lens itself, but I've used my 300mm L at airshows on a full-frame body and its done really well - crop down some of my pictures from 12 megapixels to 10 or so, and the plane appears plenty big enough.

A 400mm on a crop body would be pretty good I reckon (640mm effective )
