i had a zetec-S although they feel a bit flat they are quite nippy, mine was standard and done 114bhp, 109 ft/lb of torque on the rollers. mint if you keep them above 4k

they do rust like fook, mine was a W-plate though and didnt have a blemish on it. was minty mint underneath though only 52k when i got it and garaged

deffo not right ther mate.. your eml on at all?? and should kick in alot befor 5000 mate...do you know if fuel pump an fuel filter are ok? is it early engine or late..
