no reason for knowing im just wondering, seeing as you habe to be a certain age to rent a car, is this the same for courtesy cars?

i'm getting one on friday and im only 18 so not sure if there is an age restriction or not. Supose it depends on the company really.

Several of my mates have had courtesy cars, one of them was 17 and a few have had them at 18/19.


Two of them had courtesy cars thanks to the same lad.

it depends. if your getting one through an insurance company then any age is fine, i think in some cases they get you to transfer your own policy to cover the courtesy car wh

My motor has recently been hit, it needs to go in for some work and ive been offered the standard courtesy car, im 21.

When I went to get a quote for the work to be settled privately at Vauxhall they also offered me a car, no extra charge, didnt matter what age it was, neither of these situations are on my insurance

i had a rental car at 18. never had a courtesy car though
