Hi all,
This is my brothers car. It has just run out of Tax & MOT, he now works in walking distance so has decided not to put it back on the road himself.
The car itself is structurally sound, there is no rust on it and underneath is solid. It was originally a company car, so came quite highly spec'd for one of the base models. The front bumper has a small indent on it (on there when we bought it). it does have Fog Lights (on the OEM loom) but they have been taped over (no idea why, we haven't taken the tape off since we've owned it.)
It has covered 146,000 Miles and doesn't miss a beat, starts first time every time and has been VERY reliable.
As with most ageing cars, it does need a couple of parts replacing, ideal for someone with a few hours spare on a weekend. Its been for a Pre-MOT (certificate comes with the car) and it needs:
Front O/S CV Boot/Cover
Front N/S ARB Link
Rear ARB Bushes (N/S and O/S)
Rear N/S Strut Top Bush
Aside from that it will fly through an MOT.

The Tyres are Federal SS395 on the rear, and Kuhmo's on the front. The front tyres will want replacing soon, but have enough tread to get through the MOT. The Rear Tyres were fitted brand new last month. The spare tyres is also brand new.
It really is a nice, clean, solid car that just needs a weekend spending on it to get it back to top condition.
We're asking £350 ono for the car (with everything listed). Parts that need replacing would come to under £100 and if you do the work yourself, you could get it on the road for under £400.
The car is based in Market Drayton, Shropshire.
We also have a FREE MOT that came with the insurance on the car, we will also book the car in for an MOT where & when you would like for when you take the car away.
