Right need some advice on how to get fit
Im 23 havent really done any exercise properly since i was 17. Decieded now that i need to get fit
Now i dont want to do anything sepecial, i just want a basic level of fitness again.
I walk at least 2 mile 3 days a week
Ive started using an exercise bike and have set a target of 10k's a day.
Started eating slightly better...i now eat at least 4 of my 5 aday and ive stopped snacking.
What would be the best form of exercise to get my whole body in shape?
Currently im thinking rowing or swimming? I dont like running or jogging btw.
General advise and pointers would be ace

Running and swimming.
Don't go crazy. Run around the block for example to assess just how out of shape you are.

Walking up 6 flights of stairs at work gets me out of breath

I'd start off small then when you get a bit of staminer join a gym. Pointless joining at the moment as you won't be getting your moneys worth if you're that out of shape!

Thats why i intend to cycle 10k's every day for the next 2/3 weeks. Wouldnt say thats overly crazy.

Just join a gym, speak to a pti and get them to sort you out an exercise plan thats best suited to YOU if your serious about getting into shape.
