There are a few circumstances in which you can have feedback removed but it's mostly stuff like they've insulted you or sworn.

I had some feedback that i felt was unjustified. So i got in touch with ebay. And they agreed with me, and removed it.

a few unmentioned imperfections but reasonable delivery time and good comunication
thats what it was with neutral feedback, its for a controller i sold them and i didnt sell it as new. and she didnt contact me

Hi, sorry i havent left feedback, ive been away a little while. Just one question, should it have come with a charger of some sort? If not, do you know if its possible to remove the battery pack holder so you can just put AAs in?
she sent me this when i was asking her to leave it, and i said no it doesnt but i may have the old battery holder,
i sold it with a recharable batter not a play and charge kit
