Not had a single fag all week just a 5mg (lowest patch on) Thought i would use nicorette inhalator as i like to smoke and drink at weekends...

Its awwwwfull! like someone putting soil down your throat!

Is that a good sign?

Are yoiu inhaling it right? you don't just smoke it like a normal fag, you inhale it like an old boy smokes a pipe ie kind of pucker your lips and suck it into your mouth then it gets into your blood streaam through your mouth.

I have one, havent had a cigarette in 3 weeks and not feeling the affects

search google for e-cigarette

they are ther bomb its like a real smoke, but it isnt and you can smoke them/use them in public places
