There's a new yellow light on now which makes it a lot more 'yellow' than previous shots I've posted. Got told off too for being in a private car park.
What do you think? May not be to everyone's taste but the owner of the Scoob loves 'em, so that's all that matters really!

Not a fan....first 2 the Scoob is to dark
And the 3rd....there's just nothing good about it, too dark, can't see any real detail, might aswell have been taken on a phone camera
IMO

I'd love to see you take that picture with a phone, but fair enough...

Yeah, realised I missed those after I uploaded it and then couldn't be bothered changing 'em!

The car seems a bit under exposed.
My eye seems drawn to the wall because of the amount of detail that can be seen compared to the car.

I did take it, did you miss the 'fair enough' on the end?
Whilst it certainly is criticism, it's by no means constructive criticism... 'might aswell have been taken on a phone camera'
Exaggeration, much?

I hate taking pictures of black cars. It's alright when they're new and have shiny paint as generally you just see reflections in them, but this Scooby hasn't been washed/polished in ages and it just absorbs everything! We purposely moved it so it was like an inch from the wall, in an attempt to get it under the light as much as possible but these were the best results. I took really long exposures but they just made the wall twice as light, and the car only a tiny bit lighter. I can assure you a lot more thought went into the shot than it appears.
I shot the same car yesterday in the same location and parked it directly under the light, but various 'tog bods on 'tog forums said that the light reflecting off the Scooby's bonnet ruined the shot, so this was the only option unless I used some sort of external lighting. From what I've read so far, they all said it's a massive improvement so it's certainly getting mixed reviews.

Just a little tweak in photoshop to bring out the car a little more...
I know its compromised the image quality, but it was just a quicky.

You having a laugh?
It's a strange story actually, basically I took a few pics the day before and posted them up on a few photography forums. Everyone said the light reflection on the bonnet/screen ruined the photo, so we went back down and tried again and the only way to get rid of the light was by moving it over to the right, but this made the photo a LOT darker (which I like in one way, but dislike in another way).
