I am fitting my alloys in the morning, and I was wondering how I go about jacking the rear of my car up?
Got a trolley jack and a haynes manual (which shows you roughly where you should be jacking) but there doesnt seem to be an obvious point on the back like there is on the front!

Dont know if im missing something or just a bit simple!
Whats that rear beam like? Is that strong enough to jack the car on?

Any help!

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Thats cool, thanks lads!!
Should I put a bit of wood or something inbetween the jack and the beam to disperse the pressure a bit, or should it be fine as it as?
Cos im not sure if I got any tidy bits of wood lying around! lol

Thanks for the help!

As long as it is a good solid flat piece yes. You dont want it balancing dodgy. And REMEMBER, use axle stands on each side of the car or it will fall off a jack if it's balanced in the middle!
