Iv got a harsh cold and my throat kills and im spending the rest of the day in bed wot are the chances that this is sars?

hugs steve. I had my tonsils removed on tuesday so I cant speak, eat properly, or drink properly, just took my course of drugs this morning so I could get one of them power-crappy-milkshakes down my throat. Also I get fucking bad ear aches everytime i take my drugs. :/
