is it possible to fit an irmscher grill to a 2001 corsa c? if not then will a post 04 corsa c front bumper fit on a 2001 model?

Your best bet for a pre facelift bumper is the Steinmetz grille, however the post facelift grille will fit if not, yes - look at Corsa_Phi's

the grill on my car is all in one with the bumper tho, so how do i go about fixing an irmscher grill withought having to get a whole new bumper?

Changing grilles on Corsa C's involves cutting the old one off - whether it be a pre or post facelift bumper. The new one glues and screws into place.
Post facelift is a case of cutting out the whole grille, pre facelift I'm not so sure on, but I THINK you cut into the bumper too, hence why the Steinmetz one comes with a bit you bond on to the bumper.
Best off checking out the tutorials etc on corsa-c tbh as Corsasport remains a bit of a Corsa B site in general
