Car is a 106 1.5 diesel. It runs fine and drives good ect but...

It uses water, not sure if its a leak or something more serious.
Also the heaters dont work. Now I know these will be related sooo what can I do. Iv filled the water up and heater still aint working. Any ideas, I dont fancy having to do a head gasket, not that it will be hard on this car as there is plenty of room

i think you get it up to temp with the cap off the coolant tank and heaters on hot full blast and let it bubble for a bit i think..

Get it up to temp, leave the coolant tank cap off and gently squeeze the radiator hoses - then you'll see the bubbles come up and escape through the tank. So I've been told, never experienced it though.
