Is it true that vectra b gsi calipers 308mm will fit with no problem on a corsa b but need to know what size of tires minimum i got 16" astra sri ones at moment !

Just made 2 days searching on the net for answers as no one on here could give me answer I think yes on 16 inch will fit as guy called tigra turbo from here and migweb have them on his tigra and also the vectra b 308 mm are the same v6 288 calipers with larger caliper brackets that can take up 308 mm disc , bracket can be bpought seperatley but expensive from lmf.
My other question are if the corsa abs master cylinder will cope with large calipers ??? I already got rear astra g disc at back which atleast pedal feel better with them as front I got the 2.0 calipers and braided all round.
Also another question is that I found that the 308 calipers of the vectra b where use on saab models but which Models where used ?
