Aye some of the oldest newshapes had the 90bhp engine unfortunately. Still a revvy wee so n so and great handling!

Unfortunately some of the very earliest P2's came with the 90bhp engine instead of the 98bhp silvertop

My mate has a 02 plate silvertop VTR and my other mate also has a 02 plate VTR but his is a blacktop old fashioned one pretty weird aint it

Theres even later ones than mine with the 90bhp lump in for some reason...
Had a browse on the forums and the difference between the two is virtually nothing so im not really arsed about it tbh.

Handles very well and insurance for me is £30 a month f/c with protected ncb, but im 22 with 5yrs ncb

98bhp engine has the dipstick on the left hand side and the cat in the manifold
the 90bhp engine has a single plug ecu and the cat is under the car, dipstick is on the right
