few options :

Heat gun
Smooth Peanut butter
Linseed oil

Either of them, then finish off with a back to black plastic bumper restore liquid.

Shoe polish

I usually use peanut oil but it gradually works less and less each time, I find. My theory is that it leaves a thin layer on the plastic.

vegetable oil everyone has vegetable oil in thier house

apply a small amount to the required area and then wipe off the excess, works every time and makes them black as anything only thing is in the summer if you dont wipe off all the excess, it goes really sticky and your bumper trims begin to get mistaken for fly traps

And with things like peanut butter you get dogs and stuff licking it off.
