Theres a chance I could end up at Mosmorran for a while, just got to wait and see. Hopefully it wont happen but its up to Shell HR at the end of the day.
Good stuff, Franks a bit of a stoater isnt he!!  Ive got Paul Evans doing my reviews from now on. Ive never met him though!
Chopper situation
Oooooh, Mossmorran. Onshore wages, 4k less
Aint too bad if its on your doorstep though, you get through your training quicker and alot of onshore plants work the equivalent of 2 and 3 rotas

Nah nothing like that phases me, I know its one of those things that happens, just get on with it etc.
Yeah less money, less time off.....no joy!! I think onshore is on working days also!! 
I'll just have to wait & see what they say. Hopefully get stuck on one of the Brents or something!!

Iv some mates that work with shell, through opito so you'll have to let me know where your headed when you find out.

Im sure Colin will confirm but its minimum of a 3 in standard grade English, Maths and a Science (I think)

Yeah minimal secondary school qualifications.
You must pass an aptitude test aswell before they will interview you.
I had an HNC & 4yrs experience in a related industry under my belt which I think helped me being a bit older.
