Carbon fibre bonnet
The rear corners are a bit scuffed.
I bought this with bonnet pins on. I removed the chrome templates and filled it with fibreglass and sprayed it metallic grey.
You'd be better knocking my repairs out and putting the chrome surrounds back on (included in price).

I'm in Middlsbrough

just wana know if its any lighter than a standard bonnet as most carbon bonnets are just fibreglass with carbon on top and are nearly as heavy as the orginal.

depends witch bonnet you are talking about!
from the carbon bonnets i have seen, mates starlets ect they are just for looks as they feel the same weight as the standard bonnet,

you probly eat shit!

just wanted to know the wieght of the bonnet thats all, im not wanting it for looks, just for lightness, i may just get a fibreglass skin bonnet

I'm not sure how much it weigh to be honest mate. I'll try and measure it tomorrow for you! The whole of the bonnet is carbon fibre, the underneath isn't the metal baseplate from an original....it is very light!

i dout the whole of the bonnet is carbon as it would be very expensive it will be fibrglass under neath
