I've Googled for a bit but most companies will charge you to find out

Basically I started my new job in Jan and paid emergency tax for a bit as my P45 didn't go through in time. I've had consistent pay cheques since so I don't think I've had any of that money back yet.

I'm rubbish with all this as previously I was in the same job for 7 years so never needed to query it.

They contact you if and when you are due a rebate, allways have done with me anyway.

Contact your local IR office. But you should see any overpaid tax at the end of April possibly May.
