took me ages cus it was all rusted up and i did it on my driveway so not ideal cus i couldnmt jack the car up, loadsa wd40, swearing blood and tears and itll be off, new one is easy to slip on, clamp uop and seal with paste

i have a 3" inwardly rolled JANSPEED one, sounds nice with a drilled airbox / panel filter

changed mine tonight, took 5 minutes if that once i'd got the car jacked up. saying that, if its the standard one and has been on since new, be prepared for a lot of sweat, blood and swaring
