Can't really comment on ebay but i bought mine from a guy off here. They're pretty solid so doubt you'd buy a duff one off ebay to be fair.

Bose products are marketed in the same way as iPods etc.. Only certain stores can get them and those that can have to sell it at RRP.
Have you tried a Bose factory outlet, theres on in Chester, be wary of eBay, my Bose companion 3 system failed and it had to be sent to Belgium to be repaired, luckily i had proof of purchase and bought it direct from Bose. Would have been costly otherwise.

Robbo they are £299 direct from Bose so I don't really see why you would get it via the top link just to save £10?

The hassle-free repairs/maintenance etc.. is worth more than the £10 extra buying direct from Bose Robbo, its one of those things, if you buy from Bose itl probably never go wrong and you'l wish you bought it cheaper!
