What do you mean, a double DIN adaptor? So you can fit a double DIN headunit into a Corsa B? Where were you planning on fitting it?

yeah an adapter to fit double din not sured maybe in its current posistion or where the heater vents are

Half heater vents half MFD might be a good position.
