Took me out in his 94 civic last night just had a LSD fitted, what a difference it makes to the car. It is now pushing out nearly 240bhp and it is only a 1.6!!! quality car, was in fast car several months back, white with home made bodykit, it use to run nos...

It is the greddy turbo kit, he fitted it all himself in about five hours and it is still running standard compression at 12 psi of boost! been on there over a year now and has had no problems what so ever!

sounds a bit dangerous to be running 12psi on standard compression.

I thought it would have gone bang too, but not yet, He was at the sema motor show in the states awhile ago speaking to greddy and they said it is fine at 12 psi, it has a huge intercooler in the front to help cooling, I think the kit was imported from the states took him about 6 months to get it, was about £1300 without intercooler. It really does shift!

It was featured in fast car a while back was in the one that had that foreign wide arch 306 on the front with the lexus lights on it i think... hondas have quality engines!

I was told it wasn't really safe to run the standard internals on more than 7psi. But, respect to your mate, my mate had a civic turbo and that was pushing 200bhp and that was great fun

I had a turbo on my 1400 sri, with decompression plate, running 14 psi, was fun whilst it lasted, needless to say it went bang! learnt my lesson
